If you have an LCD monitor or TV (Heaven help you!) this is a funny comic, or is it? The truth hurts! Buying expensive defective products is fun! NOT! Don’t be a sucker to new technology that is worse than old technology!

You’d think that a mature tech like LCD would be defect free by now… but companies still offer different policies on how to deal with this (some depend on where on the screen the stuck pixel is, etc).
My PSP has a stuck pixel and it’s been like that since day 1. And on a tiny screen like a PSP, believe you mean, it’s there! But oddly enough, it’s not noticeable when the device is actually in use - only during loading, etc, when the screen is totally black and static.

I agree that the technology should be defect free by now. It’s nothing more than shoddy production and crappy manufacturing that these flaws occur so much. I often read about people buying a new LCD monitor and having to return it up to 3 times before getting a good one! That’s pathetic! These companies waste more money on defective products than if they just did it right the first time even if it costs them a few bucks more.
