I hope to compile a list of things that are better in Japan than in Canada and vice versa. It will take a bit of time though, but I’ll say one thing. Canada Post is PATHETIC compared to Japan Post. I can ship a whole box of Oranges for 7$ in one day anywhere local here in Japan. In Canada it would cost about 80$ and take 5 days. AND, the mail is delivered more than once a day!! That’s only the tip of the iceberg!
If you missed the first round of DVD’s produced by Rhino a few years ago, here’s your chance to pick up Season 1 of Transformers on DVD in a newly released set!
June 16 2009 will see The Transformers - The Complete 1st Season: 25th Anniversary Edition released to stores!
GoBots really wanted to be Transformers, but actually watching it now, they did a pretty good job of it in the begging. I miss the “Who’s better, Transformers or GoBots”? wars..
Recently Shaw has increased it’s download speeds to 7.5 Mbps which is really nice. However they failed to increase the upload speed which remains 483 kbps. So, there is still a bottleneck. Don’t they realize that most online applications require 2 WAY communication. So if the upload speed is still crippled, it doesn’t matter if you have a fast download speed. So, Shaw.. how about doubling the upload speed to 883 kbps or so? This would be the smart thing to do!! The current rate is pathetically slow!
